Villa Rosa (named after the original owner’s wife), was fully renovated several years ago. While still preserving the vintage architectural bones and unique features such as the “floating” staircase – the home now offers ultra-modern luxurious bathrooms, outdoor tubs and showers, sleek bar and kitchen, media room and up-to-date technology, spa and workout spaces.
Some fifty years ago, a New York businessman embarked on a labor of love – creating a stylish and comfortable home in Jamaica that melded the most innovative thinking in contemporary design with the special characteristics of this hillside, ocean-view property. He named it for his wife, Rosa.
