Villa Gray is a modern villa located lake front on Lake Como, immersed in a landscaped garden divided over more levels descending towards the lake, in a spectacular spot that overlooks a great and unforgettable panorama. It is a three-storey home, ultramodern made with the highest quality materials in a contemporary and functional style intended for elite customers.

Villa Gray features five bedrooms, of which 3 have ensuite bathrooms with shower and 2 have external bathrooms with shower; each one with a private ensuite bathrooms, some also have a dressing room, one fully equipped kitchen, and a large beautiful living room with TV and large panoramic windows all with a breath-taking view of the Lake and dining table with searing for up to 10 guests. Half bath and laundry.

The enchanting outdoor of Villa Gray offers stunning views of the lake and mountains. The villa features spacious terraces equipped with coffee tables, outdoor armchairs, dining table and parasols, a barbecue area and a gorgeous pool furnished with sun beds and relax areas all surrounded by a wonderful garden. The villa has a private entrance and a private covered parking with space for up to 3 cars.

The entire perimeter of Lake Como is studded by enchanting villages, luxurious villas and countless beaches, and also has landscape that becomes wild with the uncontaminated mountains and magnificent views.
