Every elegant room of Villa Simonetta has an individual character and charm. The chic open living room features, besides two fireplaces, several tastefully upholstered sofas for relaxing, reading, watching TV, or holding a pleasant conversation among friends. An adjacent space provides a generous dining table that comfortably sits up to 10 people. In these east-facing rooms, the morning sun is dominant thanks to four large windows that let the natural light in. A separate reading room with large screen TV, a fully equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom complete this floor.

Lower Floor:
An additional equipped kitchen room dedicated to host cooking classes of all levels mastered by our chefs. A separate laundry is equipped with washing and dryer machine.

The portico hosts a dining table for friends and family to gather for breakfast or for meals al fresco and it shades the seating area from the hot Tuscan sun. A comfortable lounge area is set among 4,000 sq m of private park, surrounded by a privacy fence of shrubbery, perfect for shaded relaxing time or for sipping a glass of bubbly prosecco wine. Another lounge area is available near the private swimming pool (3 m x 7 m) and it sets the tone for relaxing and sunbathing in style.
An outdoor Jacuzzi hot tub with hydrotherapy allows guests to enjoy the garden in every month of the year.
