Use of the fire pit and tiki torches are available upon request for an additional fee.

Conveniently located within the Waikoloa Beach Resort between the Marriott and Hilton, and walking distance to an eclectic collection of shops and restaurants, and the new Luxury Cinema at Queen’s Marketplace. Day passes to the Waikoloa Hilton can be purchased directly from the Hilton.

A scenic coral walking path meanders alongside the property through sacred fish ponds that lead to the shoreline of Anaeho’omalu Bay, known locally as “A Bay” and continues along the ocean to a beautiful sandy beach.

AVOID THE CROWDS IN THIS PERSONAL RETREAT
This home is well thought out with plenty of room for families to enjoy each other’s company while still having plenty of room to relax. For those who want to maintain their exercise plan while on vacation, a new Peloton exercise bike faces the ocean in the second floor lounge area.

Two master suites are located on the first floor. Open to the living and dining area is a gourmet kitchen with breakfast bar seating, 6-burner Wolf range and side-by-side Sub-Zero refrigerators. This expansive area overlooks the pool which borders the historic fish ponds with ocean and Mauna Kea views. Separated from the living area is a game room where kids and adults can enjoy a game of pool or shuffleboard. The game room lanai leads to an outdoor fire pit and bar with built in barbecue grill.

THE SECOND FLOOR
The upstairs features additional bedrooms and a second story lounge area with indoor seating on high-top tables and a large, flat screen TV. Sliding doors open onto the second floor lanai that overlooks the pool with views of the fish ponds and the breaking waves of A-Bay’s surf.

COMFORT AND CONVENIENCE
In addition to ceiling fans, the home’s central air conditioning system is designed with individual climate controls in each room to adjust the temperature for your personal comfort.

A full-size laundry room, with 2 additional washers and dryers in the garage, are stocked with detergents. We provide beach and bath towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, Ziploc bags, paper products, trash bags, spices, Q-tips, cotton balls, and more. For a day at the beach, we provide beach chairs, towels, a cooler and beach umbrella.

STAY CONNECTED
For your convenience, our homes include 11 Flat screen smart TVs with the 300 HD cable package, along with high-speed, WIFI internet and Sonos sound system in the game room, living room and pool lanai.

ACCESS TO HILTON
The Hilton offers day passes (pre-COVID) so guests can enjoy the facilities. These are booked right through the Hilton, however guests are able to enjoy the restaurants, go watch the dolphins in the dolphin pool, and shop without a day pass.
