Villa Thalia can be rented either with 8 rooms of the Main Villa (minimum 16 people) or up to with 13 rooms (max capacity 26 guests). Villa Thalia consists of: one Historic Luxury Villas and two independent small Apartment (Guest House 1 and Guest House 2) that can be rented separately or together for large groups, events, or maximum privacy. Prices and surface area change according to the number of people, additional and variable costs apply.

The entrance to the property is secured by a large electric gate, monitored by a surveillance camera. The parking area is generously sized, complemented by a covered garage accommodating three cars. Upon entering the main villa, guests are welcomed into a spacious marble foyer featuring a stunning wrap-around marble staircase and a grand chandelier suspended from a 40-foot hand-painted fresco ceiling. The rear part of the foyer leads to a gym and workout area with parquet flooring, yoga equipment, free weights, elliptical machine, stationary bike, and a full bathroom with a shower.

Main Villa, First Floor: Ascending 18 marble steps from the main foyer leads to the first floor, where the main living room is situated. The living room boasts marble floors, high ceilings, antique furniture, a large chandelier, and direct access to the back garden with views of the lake. The adjacent formal dining room features a long rectangular table for 10, while a sitting and tea room with a marble fireplace, comfortable seating, and an 85’ flat screen offers a cozy retreat. The first floor also houses a 2-room kitchen, including an informal dining and breakfast room with a table for 8 and a modern kitchen with top-of-the-line appliances.

Main Villa, Second Floor: Ascending a flight of 30 marble steps from the first floor brings you to the second floor, which comprises five bedrooms. These include a large double with an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub, another large double with a marble en-suite bathroom and shower box, the master suite with a queen-size bed and a spacious fully marble en-suite bathroom, and two additional bedrooms with shared facilities.

Main Villa, Third Floor: The top floor features two exquisite guest suites, each equipped with a queen-size bed and a separate bathroom with beautiful hardwood floors. Some bedrooms showcase new frescoes created by a local artist. The main villa is equipped with central air conditioning, an 8-person elevator, a video-conference room, and on-site staff quarters.

Garden/Pool Area: The garden’s back gate opens onto the renowned “Passeggiata Villa Olmo” along the water. The lakeside garden, approximately 70 yards long by 20 yards wide, offers privacy with 10-foot stone walls and hedges. Five stairsteps descend from the backyard into the boathouse and the lake.

Access & Parking: Convenient access from the main road is facilitated by a private parking area within the entrance gate, providing space for up to three cars.
