PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: This villa is divided into two levels. The park is about 12,000 square meters large and you will be completely overwhelmed and isolated from the nature that surrounds you, guaranteeing you splendor and vastness as well as total privacy, attributes that are difficult to obtain for properties closer to the lake. Here you will find hundreds of different species of plants, many of which are secular and of rare beauty, numerous statues, fountains, a suggestive wood and countless observation points where you can relax and contemplate the fascinating panorama.

Ground Floor (Main Villa): The ground floor is a cozy living room where you can relax near the fireplace, there is a beautiful boiserie bookcase, a cellar, another sleeping area, a bowling alley and a veranda with large windows overlooking the Alps. An additional guest house is available, which can be rented as a six or eight bedroom villa.

First Floor (Main Villa): On the first floor we find a large kitchen with a breakfast table equipped with the latest professional appliances, a sleeping area, a dining room. The living room features bay windows that frame the magnificent panorama and, last but not least, the large outdoor terrace with its breathtaking panoramic view.
