For sea enthusiasts, the private dock steals the spotlight: rental jet skis can be delivered directly by water, letting you explore the beaches and waterways at your leisure. You can also arrange for a boat charter to pick you up and drop you off right at your doorstep.

Cooking outside is a breeze with the outdoor kitchen and barbecue, and you can savor your meals under shelter by the water’s edge. During the hottest parts of the day, the screened lanai between the main house and deck offers a pleasant escape from the sun. As evening approaches, pick a different vantage point to watch the sunset each night: whether it’s from the hot tub, sitting on the dock with your feet in the water, or gathering around the fire pit.
