Villa Melissa is an elegant beachfront retreat designed to embrace its spectacular oceanfront setting through grand architecture, open living spaces, and uninterrupted sea views. Reached by a dramatic covered walkway framed by towering columns and a soaring thatched roof, the villa immediately creates a sense of scale and arrival.

The property features five beautifully appointed bedrooms, including several with direct views over the water. Two guest rooms are positioned symmetrically along the entrance walkway, each opening through French doors onto tranquil garden courtyards with ornamental fishponds. Further inside, the main living pavilion flows seamlessly toward the pool terrace, creating an effortless connection between indoor comfort and outdoor living.

A sculptural staircase rises to an upper mezzanine and the ocean-facing suites, where private balconies overlook the waves below. Every bedroom is thoughtfully designed with its own dressing area, entertainment system, and spacious ensuite bathroom complete with rain showers, dual vanities, and oversized soaking tubs. The primary suite stands out for its striking bathroom design, where a sunken bathtub is set above a serene water feature beneath a traditional grass roof.

The interiors combine warm natural textures with a refined blend of contemporary furnishings and Dutch colonial antiques. Timber floors, soft ambient lighting, and multiple lounge areas create a relaxed yet sophisticated atmosphere throughout the air-conditioned living spaces. Adjacent dining areas offer the flexibility of open-air meals or indoor comfort, while a professional kitchen and central service bar support effortless entertaining.

Outside, the villa is framed by immense wooden columns and retractable screens that allow guests to enjoy the ocean breeze while remaining shaded from the sun. The grounds centre around a large T-shaped infinity pool set on a wide stone terrace, with manicured lawns extending toward the beach. A traditional relaxation balé and a separate ocean-view dining pavilion complete the setting, creating multiple spaces to unwind while listening to the sound of the surf.

Dining at the villa is overseen by an experienced private chef specialising in Western, Indonesian, Asian, vegetarian, and children’s cuisine. Special dietary requests can also be accommodated. Breakfast, lunch, dinner, and floating breakfasts may all be arranged in advance. Additional services include chef-assisted grocery shopping and pre-arrival shopping, charged at the grocery cost plus a 15% handling fee.

The kitchen is fully equipped with modern appliances and essentials, including an oven, stovetop, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, toaster, blender, rice cooker, BBQ facilities, wine fridge, minibar, water dispenser, coffee maker, and Nespresso machine, along with complete cookware, cutlery, and glassware.

Guests may dine indoors in the air-conditioned dining room, which seats up to 10 guests, or outdoors at a separate dining area designed for 8 guests.

As part of Pantai Lima Estate, Villa Melissa also provides access to shared wellness and recreation facilities, including a floodlit tennis court. Four tennis rackets and tennis balls are shared between the estate’s three villas. Yoga sessions and in-villa spa treatments can also be arranged for an additional fee.

Entertainment features include high-speed WiFi throughout the property, Smart TVs with Netflix in all five bedrooms and the living room, as well as integrated sound systems.

For added comfort and safety, the villa is equipped with a backup generator, smoke alarms, fire extinguishers, first aid kits, and universal power adapters. Laundry service is available upon request at an additional charge, and wake-up calls can also be arranged.
