There are ample seating options as well between the wrap-around breakfast bar, casual kitchen table and formal dining area with an elegant chandelier seats eight guests.

While the interior of Villa Lago is beautifully appointed, the grounds are perfectly maintained and feature striking views of the purple mountains in the distance. The large, private pool features a raised hot tub and sleek infinity edge overlooking the serene lake. There are plenty of lounge chairs and sofa seating to enjoy the view or share a glass of wine. After another amazing day in the California Desert, grill up some steaks at the built-in BBQ island and enjoy your meal al fresco at the outdoor dining table that seamlessly opens to the main living area of the home.

There are four suites throughout Villa Lago plus a separate media room that can double as a private office space. The detached casita provides a couple with a private retreat of their own. Walk into the open bungalow and you’ll find a king bed, flat screen tv, desk, ensuite bath and kitchenette. There’s also a private outdoor sitting area to read a book or enjoy your morning coffee.

There is space available for up to 5 cars total between the driveway and garage. Street parking is not permitted. With nearly 5,000 square feet of indoor and outdoor living space, there are endless possibilities to make great memories here at Villa Lago.

GOOD NEIGHBOR POLICY: You agree to abide by all rules and regulations set forth by local ordinances, which includes a “Good Neighbor Policy”. You are advised to keep in mind that vacation rental properties are located in quiet, private neighborhoods. Please respect our neighbors. Anyone found to be violating noise ordinances of the City or HOA will be subject to an initial $500 fine followed by a possible eviction in egregious circumstances. Guests will not be issued any refund for issues related to noise ordinance violations. Possible violations include, without limitation, sound amplification outdoors, over occupying parking areas, over occupying rental Property, and failing to follow your Agreement with Manager HOA Rules and Regulations allow for 24-hour quiet enjoyment of homeowner’s Property. While strict quiet hours are enforced between 9:00PM-8:00AM and no outdoor music or noise is permitted during those times, noise violations and fines may be cited at any time of day or night. Parking is not permitted on the streets at any time. There are no parties allowed at this Property. This Agreement and Guest’s reservation is subject to the Governing Documents of the HOA and/or City where the Property is located.

Close distance to the Empire Polo Fields for all the equestrian activities and Coachella and Stagecoach music festivals; minutes from the La Quinta Resort, Indian Wells Tennis Garden, Old Town La Quinta, and all the La Quinta golf courses. Highway 111 is down the street, with Costco, Target, Coffee Bean, and Starbucks, among many other chains and local favorites. Less than 10 minutes form I-10, you can quickly head to Palm Springs, nearby casinos and other Coachella Valley destinations.
