THE GREAT ROOM FEATURES A 14 PERSON DINGING TABLE, 30 FOOT CEILINGS, STATE OF THE ART ENTERTAINMENT SYSTEM AND A DOUBLE SIDED INDOOR-OUTDOOR FIREPLACE. THE SPACE IS FULLY AIR CONDITIONED ALONG WITH FLOOR TO CEILING SCREENS AND PLUSH SOFA SEATING.

VILLA BELLA VITA OFFERS A CHEFS KITCHEN WITH MIELE APPLIANCES AND A GRACIOUS KITCHEN ISLAND . THERE IS A SECOND FULL KITCHEN IN THE GARDEN VILLA.

ACCOMMODATIONS

Villa Bella Vita can accommodate up to 20 guests with its 7 luxurious suites, 2-bedroom guest cottage and 8th suite available by converting the games room. Offering four master suites, each with a king sized bed, private terraces featuring stunning ocean views, tranquil ensuite bathrooms and custom walk-in closets. There are also 3 spacious guest suites, two with two double beds and one king. Finally, if needed – the game room can be converted into a full bedroom with Queen Pull-out bed and full ensuite bathroom.

INFINITY POOL & DECK

The infinity pool is temperature controlled with color-changing led lights, finished in black slate. The pool is complimented with a spacious deck done in exotic tiger wood and boosts eight loungers, a cabana, outdoor barbecue and pagoda

40’ DAY BOAT

Exclusive booking of a 40’captained yellowfin center console sport boat. Tour the island, visit secluded swimming spots, go snorkeling or spend the day fishing. Bookings can be made available on request.

FITNESS ROOM & EQUIPMENT

On property there is a full fitness room featuring free weights, spinning bikes, weight machines, resistance bands, step machine and yoga mats. Also available is a ping pong table, foosball table, paddle boards and kayaks.
