This beautiful villa is located in the exclusive gated community of Punta Cana Resort, a recently built property located in a paradise that provides a matchless experience for all who visit, and its tropically chic lifestyle is ideal for those who appreciate high standards of quality.

Surrounded by golf courses and green meadows this property offers a tranquil and relaxing stay in any of its 6 bedrooms coupled each with its own ensuite bathroom. The master bedroom, located on the second floor has a king-size bed and on the same floor there are three other bedrooms, one with two full size beds and the second one is the second master bedroom with a king size bed and also a kid’s room with 2 twin bunk beds. On the ground floor you will find two other bedrooms, one with 1 full bed and the next one with 2 full. All rooms include air conditioning and TV’s with international cable channels. There’s a fully equipped kitchen, extensive living room terrace & dining room, external dining area and swimming pool to cool off (the Pool can be heated at an additional cost of US$150 daily).

The gated community of Punta Cana Resort & Club is a 26-square mile paradise that is blessed with a temperate year-round climate, light rainfall, and soft breezes. It’s colourful coral reefs, calm crystalline waters and white-sand beaches are breathtaking. It is ideal for those who appreciate high standards of quality, comfort and aesthetics. As guests of the villa, you have access to all of the resort amenities and activities (Golf, Tennis, Sailing, Windsurfing, Kite-Surfing, Snorkelling, Scuba-diving, Deep-sea, Fishing, Horseback riding, Fitness center, Six Senses Spa, etc… – additional costs may apply depending what you’re doing).Golf Carts are available to rent to get around the community as are bicycles
