Located in the Jivana Beach Villas estate, Villa Ananda spans 9,500 sqm, offering numerous social spaces as well as secluded areas for peaceful moments. From the beachside sala to the indoor-outdoor spaces, the villa is designed for comfort and tranquility.

Combining traditional Thai architecture with modern luxuries, Villa Ananda features pavilion-style roofs reminiscent of Thai farmers’ salas, which were built as retreats from the sun. The villa’s luxurious amenities include sunken tubs with garden views, Smart TVs, plush couches, and sliding glass doors that offer panoramic ocean vistas. Open the doors for a refreshing tropical breeze, or enjoy the air-conditioned comfort when closed.

The villa’s four pavilions face a 25-meter pool and palm-fringed lawns, housing a mix of stylish living and dining areas, a large kitchen, and spacious ensuite bedrooms. A shallow pool area keeps kids entertained, while parents can relax nearby on daybeds. Indoors, a family room provides entertainment for stay-in days, with board games for family fun and a library stocked with books, music, and films.

Villa Ananda is located on a single floor with a layout that includes a main entrance, open-air living room, indoor dining area, seven bedrooms (including a master suite and kids’ room), a kitchen, guest restroom, gazebo, outdoor dining area, and swimming pool. It can accommodate 12 adults and 4 children. The living areas include an air-conditioned communal space next to the dining area and open kitchen. There’s also an outdoor dining space with BBQ facilities, ceiling fans, and a sitting area by the pool.

The villa features two chlorinated infinity pools: one measuring 25m x 5.4m x 1.5m and another at 15m x 4.5m x 0.7m, with the latter having a shallow end for children. Fourteen lounge chairs, four umbrellas, and eight sunbeds are available, along with pool towels. The in-house chef is skilled in preparing Western, Thai, and Asian cuisines, as well as vegetarian and children’s meals. Special dietary requests can be accommodated. Meals can be arranged in advance, and a chef shopping service is available with a 20% handling fee (plus 7% VAT). A selection of wines and spirits is also available upon request.

The villa’s kitchen is fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee machine, blender, toaster, rice cooker, microwave, freezer, electric stove, dishwasher, and essential cooking tools. The main indoor dining area can seat 14 guests at a rectangular table, while the outdoor dining space can also accommodate 14. An additional sala seats eight for outdoor dining. For wellness, yoga mats are available upon request, and the villa’s spacious garden and yoga sala offer a serene space for practice. Yoga lessons can be arranged at an extra cost. Entertainment options include high-speed WiFi, Smart TVs with cable, Bluetooth speakers in all rooms, table tennis, books, board games, a canoe, and bicycles.
