Dining outdoors is a breeze with the villa’s alfresco cabana, complete with a summer kitchen, propane grill, wet bar, and a large dining table perfect for casual lunches or dinner under the stars.

Located just a short two-minute walk away, Ristorante Pappagallo—one of Grand Cayman’s most iconic restaurants—sits beside a scenic saltwater lagoon and bird sanctuary. The estate is made up of three separate buildings: a 3-bedroom, two-story main villa; a detached 1-bedroom pool house; a carriage suite above the garage; and a guesthouse with an additional bedroom, den, and kitchenette.
