There is a small beach nearby, at the bottom of the hill for groups to congregate together and all the villas in the community enjoy the benefits of the facilities (e.g. security guards, tennis courts, private beach, small harbor, heliport, etc…).  All the villas in this neighbourhood have been built using dry stones from Bormes-les-Mimosas quarries, thus all blending into the landscape. The villa offers total privacy and although it has a very contemporary look it blends perfectly into the Mediterranean landscape of the region. The villa is ideally located just below a former semaphore tower and offers a unique panoramic view over one of the most beautiful coastlines of the Riviera.

Indoor

Ground floor / Entrance Level:
-There is a large living area with fireplace, numerous chairs and sofas, an integrated sound system with I-pod docking station and CD player, a mini bar with goods hoist (from the kitchen below) and of course a gorgeous sea view.
Lower Level 1:
A home cinema room with a large choice of English DVDs, an upright piano and a DJ turntable along with 6 double bedrooms arranged either with twin beds, double round bed or small double bed, and all have en-suite bathrooms. Five of them open directly onto the garden.
Lower level 2:
There are two other bedrooms on the second lower level, each with en-suite bathrooms and open onto the garden. One is a double bedroom with a round double bed, and a dressing room. The other is a family-sized bedroom with a double bed and an extra single bed.

Outdoors

At the entrance of the villa, there is a guest bathroom with a shower for guests returning from the beach (it adjoins the house). Up to 4 cars can be parked in the driveway (in single file).

The infinity swimming pool (not heated), 16 m x 4.5 m with a depth of 1.40m, has a shallow end area and cascades falling below the pool. By the pool there are 6 Sun lounges, 8 pouffes, and 2 hammocks. Since the pool is not fenced, guests will be asking to sign a waiver upon arrival. There are many terraces on different levels of the villa. There is also a small pond, garden furniture, several areas of landscaped gardens, lawn, and below the house a secluded space with heavy wooden furniture, umbrellas, and a small fridge. The villa is enclosed by an electric fence and gate, in order to protect the property from the different animal species that live in the area. Within this private estate, there are many tennis courts for guests use (can be booked in advance) and coaches are available upon request.
