Sea Palms has 9 bedrooms and 10 bathrooms.  Over 9,000 square feet of living space and plentiful private grounds allows guests to relax and indulge.  Expansive Gulf views abound.  The estate has a fully stocked professional kitchen and seats 30 for dinner.  Its great room and indoor and outdoor lounges provide plenty of spaces to spread out or be together. The best part—a private beach directly out the patio doors.

Your personal concierge will assist in booking Chef services, housekeeping, boat tours, fishing trips, yoga, massages and more.

Concierge: Sea Palms offers complimentary Concierge services.   We will arrange boat tours, fishing captains, restaurant reservations, chefs, grocery deliveries, maid service and so much more.  Provide us with your wine order and we will have it in our Wine Cooler at your favorite temperature. Leave the details to us and enjoy your time in the sun and sand.

Pool, Spa, Beach: The pool and Spa sit alongside the beach.   The pool is heated in cooler months and has a chiller to cool the pool on warmer days.   Let the staff know your preferred temperature and we will have it set for your arrival.   There are two heaters to bring our spa up to your preferred temperature quickly.  Sea Palms has over 30 beach chairs, umbrellas and a cabana for lounging on the beach.   Daily beach setup and take down is available for an additional charge.   The home provides a volleyball set, corn hole toss, ping pong, shelling tools, beach toys and many other items.

Stay Connected: Sea Palms has commercial internet service and the best available speed on the island.  We have a commercial mesh system throughout the house with over five access points for connectivity. There are 13 TV’s in the villa along with a complimentary You Tube TV streaming account.  Enjoy your favorite show or Teams in our family room or lounge.  Sea Palms offers Sonos speakers throughout the property.   Download the app on your phone and enjoy your favorite streaming service.

Housekeeping: Maid service is available upon request.   The property’s staff has been involved or over 20 years and are trained in CDC cleaning methods and will work with you to tailor service to your needs.  There are hand sanitizers at all major entries into the house and we provide disinfectant  wipes and sprays.   Prior to arrival all lights switches, handles, doorknobs and surfaces are disinfected.

Chef Services: Let us arrange Chef Services for you and your group.  Our chefs will create menus based on your needs.  Fresh local fish is always a favorite. Services can be layered depending on your needs.  Our Chefs can do drop off, full prepared meals with sous chefs, bartenders and more whether you are looking for 3 meals a day with servers or a drop off meal we can work with you to make your stay so much more enjoyable.

What is supplied: Sea Palms has everything you need to enjoy your vacation and pack only your clothes and toiletries.   All linens including beach towels are provided.   The home uses the highest quality linens and provide you with Turkish beach towels.  Each bathroom includes backup toiletries in case you forgot an item. Puzzles, books, games such as backgammon and chess along with cards, roulette table and more are available for your use.
