The home features 5 bedrooms; each bedroom has an en suite bath and a lanai. The upstairs master bedroom has a king sized bed, writing nook, and private deck; the attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The main floor master bedroom has a king sized bed and the attached bathroom has a large soaking tub and separate shower. The lower floor bedroom has a king sized bed. The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main floor and have queen sized beds. The king size bedrooms also have a flat screen tv. The home is air conditioned with central A/C (except the lower beachfront bedroom with king size bed has a single A/C unit).
The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and an adjacent family room. There is a separate dining area which seats 10 and large living room with wet bar and marble tiled, gas fireplace. Additionally, the home has a laundry room and a second refrigerator and a second washer and dryer in the double car garage. The home has wireless internet, cable tv, and gas barbeque.
Enjoy some of the best snorkelling and surfing on Maui right in front of the house while your friends watch from the spa or pool. There is direct access from the house to the beach. Also enjoy watching sunsets while the large green sea turtles crawl onto the sandy beach directly in front of the house to rest for the night.
We also own an approximately 1/2 acre grassy field on the directly across the private lane from this property that guests have access to.
Our present cancelation policy conditions the return of your money on whether your days re-rent after you cancel. For example, if all of your days re-rent, you would receive all of your money back. If none of your days re-rent, you would not receive your money back. In light of COVID, we would agree to change our cancellation policy by adding the following: “If the State of Hawaii October 15, 2020 rules are in effect and one of the stated guests tests positive for COVID during the testing required under the October 15, 2020 rules (and that is verified in writing), we would agree to allow Guest to cancel and change their dates to future available dates and apply any money that they have paid towards that future booking. Guest could select those dates at the time of cancellation or later. The Guest would need to stay at least as many re-scheduled nights as the present booking. The nights would need to be consecutive (1 trip, not several), that do not create a gap in our schedule (in Owner’s opinion). If the nights that Guest picks are at a higher rate, they would pay the higher rate. Guest will not be refunded any money, including if they pick fewer nights, if they pick nights that have a lower rate, etc. Guest would not be able to later change or cancel those re-scheduled dates. If Guest cancels those re-scheduled dates Guest will not receive any of their money back, even if those dates re-book. This would be a one-time change option that would not be offered on a future booking. Any money that the Guest owes Owner for the original dates and the new dates would need to be paid 60 days prior to the Guest’s re-scheduled arrival date.”
