The remaining two bedrooms are located on the main floor and have queen sized beds. The king size bedrooms also have a flat screen tv. The home is air conditioned with central A/C (except the lower beachfront bedroom with king size bed has a single A/C unit).

The home has a large, fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook and an adjacent family room. There is a separate dining area which seats 10 and large living room with wet bar and marble tiled, gas fireplace. Additionally, the home has a laundry room and a second refrigerator and a second washer and dryer in the double car garage. The home has wireless internet, cable tv, and gas barbeque.

Enjoy some of the best snorkelling and surfing on Maui right in front of the house while your friends watch from the spa or pool. There is direct access from the house to the beach. Also enjoy watching sunsets while the large green sea turtles crawl onto the sandy beach directly in front of the house to rest for the night.

The owners also own an approximately 1/2 acre grassy field on the directly across the private lane from this property that guests have access to.
