This brand new property is often rented as the guest house to Sandcastle villa which is a few steps down the same private beach but it’s also just the perfect little beach house in a quiet, peaceful setting. We love that it’s just straight forward, cozy, “beachy” and with just the right touch of class & charm.

Located directly on the beach, Sandcastle Beach House is the perfect spot for active families that don’t want to lose one minute of vacation time indoors!  With the pool, kayaks, paddle boards, bikes, and a “toes in the sand” location, this is true beach living.  The ocean is so close, you will log hours and hours of lazing, swimming, sunbathing, kayaking or paddle boarding without ever leaving the property.  At the end of an active day the jacuzzi will sooth your muscles, and you can relax on the terrace to watch a movie outdoors. There’s indoor entertainment covered as well, with a shuffleboard table, cards table, huge eat in kitchen, long table dining for family dinners, and lots of comfy seating for reading or watching movies on the 65” TV, complete with Sonos surround sound…and we think you will agree, the views here cannot be beat!

SBH is designed to attract guests who are focused on being active, and connecting with family through the organic experience of living on the beach.  The home is very well appointed, with 4 king size bedrooms, en-suite bathrooms, large comfortable seating inside and out, and the great room concept conducive to making lasting family memories!  The newly added fourth bedroom is a unique accommodation, in that it has a separate entrance and its own living space, while providing unrivaled views and proximity to the ocean.

It’s no coincidence that just next door to SBH sits Sandcastle Villa! Sandcastle Villa and SBH can be rented together, for the ultimate multigenerational family reunion, small wedding, anniversary, or any other reason you can think of to celebrate life!  The two homes together sleep 22 guests, and with both homes you will be in heaven with the kids running between the homes on the beach, jumping in the pools, playing on the playground or in the kids Xbox lounge in the evenings…the beach can be lit up from both properties allowing you to maximize your beach time!  The staff will assist with arranging meals for the whole group at either home, chairs and tables can be arranged on the beach, patio, or inside either home at your request.
