Point House is located on a private 1.72 acre space with direct access to a private swathe of beach and ocean. Located a few minutes by golf cart from the main resort, it is the last estate before the Rocky Point area, still on the resort beach side, with exceptional sunset views. With three-bedrooms and over 5,000sq ft of floor space, the villa has high ceilings, filled with natural light through the floor-to-ceiling windows that offer dramatic views over the sundeck, pool and ocean.

Outside, the black-lava stone pool and dining area are surrounded by lush vegetation. A private beach cabana allows guests to spend a day by the ocean in supreme comfort and privacy.

The two downstairs bedrooms with en suite bathrooms are located on either side of the living room and each one opens onto the private sundeck. The third, upper-floor bedroom features one king-sized bed and a balcony with expansive ocean views. There is also an en suite office that can be converted into a fourth bedroom if needed (additional charges may apply).

This villa includes a personalized  butler service. The villa’s private butler will assist guests throughout their stay, helping plan activities on and off the water, from castaway picnics to kayaking along our waterway or wellness treatments in the resort’s spa.
