Paradise Point is located on Kailua Beach in a gated community. Guests step from a secured entry on the property to a private motor court. The property has a zoned alarm system and is bordered on all non-ocean view sides by a six -foot lava wall fence.

Guests can maintain a workout schedule in the home’s fitness center that features top-of-the-line Life Fitness cardio and weight equipment including a treadmill, elliptical, bike, Summit Climber, Smith Machine, and dumbbell rack. The center is professionally appointed with a mirrored wall, hand towels, a refrigerator, an iPod dock, and a TV/Blu-ray player.
