“Nandana” (which means Paradise in the ancient tongue of Sanskrit) is a large luxury estate on a secluded beach near West End, Grand Bahama. Our luxurious and exceedingly private villa compound is a fully staffed island home specifically created for intimate gatherings of up to twelve family members or friends.

A spectacular main house with soaring 40′ ceilings is surrounded by five richly-appointed and free-standing bedroom suites. The interior of the property has been constructed entirely of natural materials, with massive amounts of imported Burmese teak covering the floors, walls, and ceilings and natural stone forming most other surfaces. A professionally designed lighting system has been installed to emphasize the property’s many distinctive architectural features.

The Nandana compound is situated at the edge of gentle lapping waves on a secluded, private bay. Crisp sea breezes roll through the open areas, gently stirring the palm-tree gardens. Inside, you will find the finest quality furnishings, art, and amenities. Guests can slip into the separate outdoor Jacuzzi overlooking the beach. Or, should a helping hand be required to relax, our spa offers professional massage facilities and a wide variety of spa services. The hub of the Nandana compound is a spectacular main house with soaring 40 foot ceilings. Here, you will find the primary socializing spaces including living areas, dining room, kitchen, bar and a glass enclosed wine room.

Five beautifully appointed villas surround the main Nandana building. Each contains Crestron controlled flat screen TVs, satellite and iPad stations. The climate is perfectly tuned with Lutron computer controlled lighting, air conditioning and security systems. And, of course, high-speed wireless internet access is available throughout the compound.
