- A reduced food deposit be paid by the guest in Cash upon arrival: $2500. If there is a balance to pay, the guest can top up the food budget with a credit card payment, or they can pay the entire food budget by credit card and the chef will return the cash to them, BUT cash must be presented upon check-in to make sure the initial food provisioning is covered.
