There are 3 bedrooms on the top floor including the oceanfront master suite and bedrooms 2 and 3 which face the front of the home.

The great room with a huge open living room, gourmet kitchen and 4 bedroom suites is located on the first floor. Expansive glass sliding doors lead out to the oceanfront deck and infinity edge pool. Two bedrooms are at the front of the home and 2 bedrooms are on the oceanside. The 2 oceanside bedrooms have sliding glass doors that lead out to the pool deck.

On the ground floor you will find the homes amenities including a gym, sauna, steam room, game room and the villa apartment. The villa’s apartment has a kitchen, living room area and bedrooms 8 and 9. The gym offers a variety of equipment for strength, weight training and cardiovascular as well as a nice sauna or steam bath. For your convenience, there’s a shower you can wash off in before going back upstairs. On this floor you’ll also find the the movie theater equipped with electric, leather sofa recliners. Guests can enjoy a high-tech sound experience while watching their favourite movies and TV shows in the privacy of their own theater room. Choose from hundreds of DVDs or stream from the villa’s Netflix account. Guests can also login to their own streaming account such as Hulu, HBO, Amazon Prime or other channel.
