The main two-story house comprises 5 bedrooms—three king-bedded rooms and two twin-bedded rooms—all featuring expansive ocean views and private bathrooms. Additionally, the property includes a separate one-bedroom cottage furnished with a king bed and private bathroom.

Kisiwa, which means “Island” in Swahili, draws inspiration from the traditional colonial Caribbean architectural style while incorporating influences from East Africa. The architecture boasts a diverse range of materials, including hardwood floors, reclaimed beams, and authentic thatch, lending an air of genuineness to the entire structure. Complemented by carefully chosen Kenyan furniture, décor, and fabrics, the ambiance created is that of an authentic island villa.

Upon stepping into the main home, guests are greeted by a thoughtfully designed open-concept layout, showcasing breathtaking floor-to-ceiling views, rich wooden finishes, and sophisticated decor.   • Reserve a stay of seven nights or more at Kisiwa House and receive a complimentary half day boat charter for up to 12 guests.
  • Guest count above 10 to a maximum of 12 will require transportation to the Marina to board a larger boat. (transportation not included)
  • Should be booked at time a reservation and is subject to availability.
  • Half day charter must be taken within the first three days of arrival.
  • Half day charter are available between 8AM -12Noon and 1PM -5PM.
  • The boat charter is operated by Big Blue Collective on their 32ft power catamaran M/V Kusi for 10 guests and below.
  • The half day charter includes refreshments and snorkel gear.
  • The half day boat charter may be upgraded to a full day, change to a larger boat or a scuba diving trip.
  • Upgrades are subject to availability from Big Blue Collective at an additional cost to the guest.
