Conveniently located mid-island, guests are just 20-25 minutes away from both the airport and Seven Mile Beach, as well as Rum Point. Additionally, it’s a short 20-minute drive to the prime spots for kite-boarding, wind-surfing, and scuba diving in East End.

Evolution was meticulously designed to offer seven spacious bedroom suites and an expansive vaulted great room, all conveniently situated on a single floor. Each suite provides direct oceanfront views and walk-out access to the pool and spa, making it an exceptional villa for hosting large groups.

To accommodate such a layout, Evolution boasts an impressive width of over 165 feet. The villa occupies over 250 feet of sandy beachfront, adjacent to Bodden Town’s cemetery beach.

You have the choice of two primary suites, four queen suites, and a slumber party suite that comfortably accommodates eight guests across two sets of full-over-full bunks, complete with an Xbox One gaming console for added entertainment.

Wander the secluded shoreline and discover what it’s like to have the beach almost to yourself, or rub elbows with islanders at local spots like the Czech-Inn Grill, South Coast, or Grape Tree Café.

Beach Notes: Centrally located, the villas in Bodden Town offer shore diving and snorkeling as well as reef-protected beaches for kayaking. The beaches are mostly sand, but can also have some natural rock formations too. Either way, with the varied marine life we have in the water, you will need to wear foot protection (pool shoes or fins). The beaches here offer great seashell collecting and turtle sightings in summer!

Evolution Villa was built on an elevated sandy ridge on Boddentown’s cemetery reef, which has excellent snorkeling in only 4-8 feet of water. At 25 feet off the beach in the shallow water, the bottom is quite sandy.

Bodden Town is only 20 minutes from town and 20 minutes from 2 large resorts in the east end (Morritt’s and The Wyndham Reef) that offer manicured beaches as well as restaurants, a modern grocery store, a liquor store, and a gift shop. These two resorts also offer scuba, snorkeling trips, jet skis, windsurfing, kiteboarding, oceanfront pools, and bar service.

Heading east, the Czech Inn Grill and South Coast restaurant are only 5 minutes away. Other casual restaurants are nearby.  You are 25 minutes from the Kaibo and famous Rum Point Club (reopens March 2023) with water sports, a restaurant bar and grill, a gift shop, and a barefoot beach with table service.
