Throughout its four floors you will find inviting rooms where to spend your time in comfort and style. Boundless recreation is available at the villa thanks to its generous private heated swimming pool, the tennis court, pool room, children playground, and impeccably manicured lawns gently sloping to the water, where a private dock could anchor your rental boat – the best way to explore the shore.

LIVING SPACES
Ground Floor
This beautiful 20th century villa showcases a light-flooded ground floor including a spacious living room with serene lake view, a generous formal dining room, a fully equipped commercial-grade kitchen, and a game room with ping pong and foosball table. The laundry room and a guest’s bathroom complete this floor. All the villa finishes, starting from the beautiful French doors leading onto the sunny terrace, the polychrome marble fireplace, the crystal chandeliers, to the wooden millwork of the grand staircase will remind you of the gentler lifestyle of yesterday.

Second Floor
Generous playroom with beautiful lake view. Here a pool table and card table are available for the guests to enjoy a game among friends, after dinner.

• Main villa – Ground floor: King/twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. The window of this bedroom opens onto the game room.
• Annex: Independent from the villa, on the same premises – King bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. While comfortable, this bedroom features basic furnishing and simpler decoration.
• Two extra beds can be added on the Third Floor

All the bedrooms feature safe and A/C, and the bathrooms are provided with hairdryers.

OUTDOOR FEATURES
The manicured private park boasts a spacious fenced swimming pool (10m x 6m x 1.10m), a playground with a slide and swings, a children wonderland, the tennis court and several grass terraces. A shaded panoramic area in front of the villa, ideal for relaxed lounging or dining al fresco is for you to enjoy. The grounds are magnificent and they are all yours!
