The house is in a small private development of 3 houses on the Pacific coast with private beach. It sits on the side of a mountain. The house has the most incredible view. It is an open bungalow-like architecture making every room have its own vista of the ocean, including the flying pool. The master bedroom is on the top floor and 3 bedrooms on the first floor and each bedroom includes a shower and a toilet. It has everything you need: an amazing contemporary kitchen, lunch/dining area which comes equipped with all cooking/kitchen appliances, and it has a laundry room equipped with a washer-dryer. In just 1 minute, you arrive at the bay of the beach where you also have your own small private sunbed area.

This house includes a daily cleaning lady, as well as a cook for breakfast.
