The living spaces, spread over several levels, are designed to facilitate both socializing and private moments. The main level features the kitchen, living and dining areas, a guest bath, and an en suite bedroom suitable for those with reduced mobility*. Steps lead down to an expansive deck furnished for outdoor living. The chic, contemporary décor and distinctive palette throughout enhance the ambiance.

One of the villa’s highlights is an oversized heated infinity pool, providing another spot to delight in the views. A mid-level en suite master suite with an outside terrace and four identical en suite bedrooms on the lower level, accessed by an external staircase, complete the accommodation. Two of these bedrooms connect, which is ideal for families. Five of the bedrooms have French king beds; one of the connecting rooms has a standard king convertible to twins. All bedrooms are equipped with Apple TV. Additional special features include a fully equipped, air-conditioned fitness room.
