A must-do activity is definitely a day in the ocean on a private boat! This is the perfect way to experience the magnificent view of the island from the water, as well as to enjoy the beautiful waters of the Caribbean. If you feel adventurous, we can also organize some water toys, like jet skis!
Fishing Tours
You can help your Chef with one of your lunches at the Villa, by catching a beautiful fish on a fishing tour! You will have to wake up early though, to make sure the fish are ready for you.

If you don’t want to commit to a full day in the ocean, but still want to marble on the beauty of these pristine waters, we can help you organize a snorkeling tour!
Scuba Diving

ATV/UTV

St. Maarten, the Dutch side of the island, is known for its casinos, particularly Casino Royale, which is considered the largest on the island. Other notable casinos include Hollywood Casino and Dunes Casino. Casino Royale, located in Maho Village, offers a variety of gaming options, including slot machines, table games, and a sportsbook.
Perfume Making Class
St Martin offers a very unique experience, a perfume making class. You can purchase their signature collections, or create your own fragrance. Definitely a singular experience to remember your time on the island!

There are some locations highly recommended for little ones, such as the Bird Aviary and Scenic Drive, the Rainforest Adventures Park, Parrote Ville Bird Sanctuary, Loterie Farm (for hiking and ziplining), Seaside Nature Park and Tue Rusty Parrot Pirate experience.

Fort Louis
A historic French military fort on the Caribbean island of Saint Martin. It is located in Marigot, the capital of the French side of the island, overlooking Marigot Bay. The fort was built in the 18th century to defend Marigot's harbor and its warehouses. It was built during the reign of King Louis XVI.
Pic Paradis
Pic Paradis is a mountain of Saint-Martin whose summit reaches 424 meters in altitude, making it the highest point of the island. The qualifier “peak” is singular to him since all the other mountain peaks of the island are called “mounts” or “hills”.

Fort Amsterdam
Fort Amsterdam is located near the capital of the Dutch part of the island: Philipsburg. The fort was built by the Dutch in 1631 on a peninsula that juts out between Great Bay and Little Bay. The Dutch fortification was attacked and conquered after a brief siege by the Spaniards in 1633.

Philipsburg is a four-street runway, all less than a mile long, filled with vibrantly colored houses, shops, and restaurants, making the Dutch Side capital easy to explore. Located between the Great Bay Beach and the Great Salt Pond, both contribute to the island’s biodiversity and beauty. At the bayside, the endless horizon and picturesque views of nearby islands and ships and yachts docked in the region’s leading Cruise Port are breathtaking experiences you can’t find anywhere else. On the pondside, is a chain of lush hills and curved slopes that give the capital its iconic backdrop.
St Maarten Old Street
Old Street is an iconic passage in the Center of Philipsburg known for its colorful twist on Colonial architecture. Old Street is located right between Front Street and Back Street. Whether its shopping, basking in the sun at a small bistro, or just taking memorable photos of the Old Street yellow car, Old Street is a must on your to do list.
