Weather and High Season Travel times

Although Spain is not a large country, it enjoys different weather tendencies and temperatures throughout its geography; from below zero temperatures to extremely high 40+ celsius in some locations during the summer. Southern Spain enjoys a Mediterranean climate with mild winters and hot, dry summers. The area experiences 325 sunny days per year. Average daily maximum temperatures in July and August can reach around 31°C. January is the coldest month, with average daily temperatures around 17°C. The Balearic Islands in Spain experience a typical Mediterranean climate, characterized by mild, wet winters and hot, dry summers. Average temperatures range from around 15°C in winter to over 25°C in summer. The islands are sunny, with an average of 10-11 hours of sunshine per day during the summer months.

One of Ibiza’s most emblematic landmarks near Cala d’Hort is Es Vedrà and Es Vedranell. These are two pair of islets that are currently protected as nature and marine reserves. The best way to enjoy these is through the hiking trails on land, especially during sunset.
Alhambra of Granada
The Alhambra is a palace and fortress complex located in Granada, Spain. It is one of the most famous monuments of Islamic architecture and the only well-preserved palace from the medieval Islamic world. This island is very close to Ibiza, and it is a recommended location when spending a day in the ocean on a private boat/yacht. The most common itinerary is to stop at Formentera for lunch, where a couple of spectacular options are available for sailors.
