The « Beach House » Residence, an architectural marvel that blends French Colonial and Balinese design. It sleeps 20 guests with 10 opulent suites, all with ensuite bathrooms offering stunning ocean views. The grand primary suite features an impressive Jacuzzi room, perfect for unwinding in style. Entertain your guests in the expansive rotunda, which leads to a lavish marble terrace and a shimmering pool with a swim-up bar. An outdoor kitchen, equipped with a wood-fired pizza oven and teppanyaki grill, along with a state-of-the-art gym, are also available for your enjoyment.

The modern « Overhang » Residence features eight spectacular bedrooms, sleeping 16 guests, each opening to a breathtaking terrace with panoramic vistas. You and your guests will enjoy a seamless stay with eight luxurious suites, expansive terraces, a freshwater pool, and direct access to the beach. At night, the gentle sound of waves will lull you to sleep. Begin your mornings with sunrise yoga on the main terrace. Calivigny Island is approximately a 10-minute boat ride from Grenada, West Indies. The nearest airport is Maurice Bishop International Airport in St George’s, Grenada. Private jets of any size can land. There are year-round direct flights from Miami, New-York, Toronto, London, Frankfurt. Guests may also travel to and from any other Caribbean island, either charter a private plane or use Liat Airlines to access Grenada.
