Built with grandeur at the beginning of the 19th century, totally reconstructed in 2005 and totally refurbished with glamour and elegance the villa now features endless lawns that create a serene park-like setting allowing you to enjoy the Italian garden style and take advantage of an extensive well kept outdoor space. Slip into the splendid style that is synonymous with Lake Como. Enjoy exclusivity, luxury and unique breath-taking views like no where else.
The villa occupies 1000 sqm, it spreads over 5 floors connected by an internal elevator. and can accommodate up to 20 guests. This makes the property suitable for even for large groups of all ages and also allows each guest space, peace and privacy while still allowing everyone to spend time together in the villa’s beautiful common areas with the many indoor and outdoor facilities this vacation home offers.
Villa Cindy is fully staffed, including a private Chef. Staff in this villa are fully dedicated to making your vacation an special one. The private Chef will prepare authentic, delicious Italian meals for the guests meeting any preferences, but for those who want to try out their cooking skills then the villa features a wonderful 100 sqm fully-equipped kitchen.
Villa Cindy also boasts beautiful gardens where you can enjoy breakfast on the terrace outside the kitchen. An alfresco dining experience in the pergola, while abandon in stunning views and beautiful weather and feel completely at peace at Villa Cindy.
All the suites and bedrooms at Villa Cindy have comfortable beds and stunning lake or garden views. The master bedroom in this villa is located on the third floor and is fitted with a king-sized round bed. There are three large windows in this room and a double balcony boasting a view of the lake. Allow the lovely fresh air and the Italian sun to stream into the room, a wonderful thing to wake up to in the morning. This bedroom also features a large walk-in wardrobe with floor to ceiling mirrors, a dressing room and an en-suite bathroom. Two bedrooms can be changed into twin rooms if needed, a great option for children or teens in the group.
Ground floor:
The ground floor features a fully-equipped kitchen, large corridor leading onto the pool with direct access to the garden. There are two dining rooms seating up to 20 guests. A gym, heated indoor pool, the changing room with shower lies next to the fitness area equipped with hair dryer and towels.
First floor:
This floor has a beautiful wooden floor and wall paneling throughout making the environment cosy with a great home-feel. Entrance hall, 250 sqm terrace equipped with sofas, garden chairs and tables, an open living room with direct access to the terrace, Sat-TV, Hi-Fi, a second living room with library and Hi-fi with access onto terrace. Villa Cindy lies in one of the most occupies one of the most sought-after locations on the banks of Tremezzina, which is located on the western banks of Lake Como, right in front of Bellagio, and is the result of a recent merger of the communes of Lenno, Mezzegra, Ossuccio, and Tremezzo.
