Leaning on the water of Lake Como like a boat, Villa La Dama celebrates its industrial past with rough, contemporary, urban finishes and solutions. In appearance it winks more at a loft than a holiday home, with it’s rough and industrial décor; reclaimed gray wood and branded oak for floors and boiserie, iron doors and windows contrast with the delicacy of the landscape. The villa is spread over three levels. On the lake level there are the living and kitchen, the gym, a smoking room and a game room with billiard table; on the first and second floor the bedrooms made up of their respective bathrooms.  A 240 square meter terrace surrounds the first floor, where the swimming pool and solarium are located, furnished with designer chairs and sun beds.

Villa La Dama lies in a former boat yard, which in 2014 went through a complete 3-year renovation converting it into a high-end luxury villa. This exclusive resort combines a modern design with characteristics of the industrial origins. It only features premium facilities and represents the best spot for a large group up to 16 people. They will have at the same time the luxury of enjoying numerous living and relaxation areas inside and outside thanks to the pool and a spacious gazebo with outstanding views across the lake and mountains. In fact it’s enviable position right on the lake shore with beautifully finished decking and private boat dock allows guests to explore and move around by boat. Once you have reached the property one’s car can be closed safely in the garage and guests can switch off, relax and savour this magical destination.

Ground Floor:  Entrance through a futuristic garage with dark grey painted and a suspended glass catwalk which leads you into a bright and lightened living area with an open space kitchen corner. On the same floor a huge library and a spacious dining room may accommodate a group up to 16 people. Huge glass windows, tailor made features and oak wood on the floors and walls make this area one of the most relaxing. The Bellagio promontory is clearly visible from every window both in the living areas and in the first bedroom located on the ground floor.

First Floor: Three of the four Luxury Bedrooms are located on the first floor. Each of them has a King bed and en-suite bathroom. Large windows facing the lake make pleasant the atmosphere: stunning sunrise and sunset on the lakefront are visible at any time. Fully equipped with modern furniture and stylish details such as flat screen TV including Italian cable and satellite, wooden floor, safe-deposit. One of four suites is located on the first floor, it offers a King size bed and en-suite bathroom and a large shower overlooking the marvelous lake shore. The huge 240 square meters terrace with a gazebo and a sitting area provide a 180° view of stunning Lake Como.

Second Floor: On the second floor we find 3 Suites, one of them is the Master suite with private access to the 350 square meters terrace, several sitting areas and BBQ place. It has a King size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower and bath and features a private living room. Second Suite with Queen size bed and en-suite bathroom with shower. The last Suite offers a King size bed and en-suite bathroom and a double sofa bed.

All bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV’s (Sat-TV with Apple TV); Netflix available with guests own subscription and safe deposit boxes in all suites.  All bathrooms have hairdryers and luxury bath and spa amenities

The villa has a private garage on the first floor with space for up to 10 cars.
