With 11 bedrooms, the majority of which have en suite bathrooms and a dormitory. 6 rooms offer magnificent sea views and 3 overlook the gardens and crown Charlemagne mountain. The property is able to accommodate up to 30 guests comfortably.

The ground floor houses the main living / reception rooms, all overlooking the sea, an open kitchen with state-of-theart equipment (+ pantry with laundry), dining room with a large oak table for 12 guests, a summer lounge and winter lounge with fireplace. The fully equipped kitchen has 2 fridges, a freezer, ice maker, 2 dish washers, 2 ovens, a stove, microwave, wine cupboard, food processor, mixer, toaster, Nespresso machine, coffee Machine “Dolce Gusto” and juicer. There are 2 TVs in the cinema room and 1 TV in the Master bedroom. On this floor there is also a large bedroom with private bathroom and a cinema lounge with a large screen and a video projector.

On the first floor there are 7 bedrooms, 5 of which have sea views and a cathedral room with a playroom, living room and dormitory which overlooks a large terrace facing north-east, isolated from the Mistral.

On the 2nd floor you will find the master suite – a large room overlooking the sea with sitting area, a separate office opening onto a terrace and a spacious bathroom opening onto a second terrace. The decor is simple and warm with exposed wood, linen, sheers, etc…

Outside, the house has a huge terrace overlooking the beautiful beach with turquoise waters, accessible by foot in just a few minutes.
