This very private villa extends on several levels connected each other by stairs and gardens.
The main living is connected by a covered terrace to the dining and the kitchen. The bedrooms are in separated bungalows in the tropical garden, the architecture of this villa is definitively Caribbean.
The private estate of Soleil Couchant is located on the hillside of Gustavia. On this exclusive estate of an area of 6 acres, only four villas had the permission to be built. The villas Angelina, Fabrizia, and Serenity are a part of it. The city of Gustavia with its restaurants and shops is only at a short walk from theses villas. The very nice beach of Shell Beach is also within walking distance. Gouverneur beach is at few minutes by car.
